Passion for cooking

As I mentioned above, one of my hobbies is cooking. In Japan, there are lots of delicious dishes such as yakiniku, ramen, tonkatsu, sushi, karaage and more. Also some of them are well known as traditional Japanese food like sushi, miso-soup in all over the world. Therefore I want to keep cooking Japanese food to hand over from generation to generation in my life and sometimes I'm planning to have japanese cooking events as well!
Japanese culture event in Canada

In Victoria, I participated in the event for Japanese culture as a stuff. At the time I touched on the different side of perspective as native Japanese person and I felt a lot of Canadian people are interested in my culture and that reminded me of the enjoyment to learn the Japanese traditional things again such as Calligraphy, Taiko, Tea Ceremony, Koto etc. This opportunity inspired me and my past experiences!
Charity event in Canada

There were lots of international exchange students divided from level 1 to 5 at university of Victoria and I accomplished level 4 class in the end of term. One of my memorable moments is when my class took place the charity event called "Ryan's well" to support to build wells to supply water in poverty countries in South Africa by raising money with selling home-made cookies. I'm thankful for my life with lots of sources and education, and opportunities through that experience.
My Home Miyazaki

In my hometown Miyazaki prefecture, there are plenty of beautiful nature and sightseeing such as Aoshima beach, Udo shrine, Florante Miyazaki, Nichinan Coast, Heiwadai Park and more! I recommend not only sightseeing but also delicious food like Miyazaki beef (Miyazaki beef won the beef competition and No.1 in Japan last year!!), Tori no tataki, Chicken Nanban, Miyazaki no sumibiyaki, Hiyajiru and more! I will upload more information and pictures later in case some people are interested in visiting this tropical relaxing city :-) !!
